You need to eat meals and snacks in order to maintain a steady metabolism if you are exercising to feel well while you complete this program.
Your weight may fluctuate in the duration of this program. *this is normal as the body adjusts to losing fat and replacing it with muscle (more dense than fat) and does not necessarily indicate that the program is not working. Don’t focus on the number on the scale. Focus on how you look and feel!
Staying hydrated will greatly influence your appetite and cravings. If you abide by the standard of drinking whatever your weight is in pounds by ounces of water (e.g. 150 lbs would mean you drink 150 oz of water) you will help to curb your appetite and practice better self control and help your body flush out impurities while replenishing your body from the exercise you will be doing.
Tracking your food intake is helpful for portion control. Using MY fitness pal app is a helpful tool. Eat until satisfied- not necessarily full.
