The book comes available with over 70 recipes and meal prep ideas, nutrition information, a food Journaling section with prompts, and a goal setting planner.
Hailey has a bachelor's in Exercise Physiology and works as a Physical Therapist Assistant in neuro rehab. She is also a Women’s Basic Self Defense Instructor through RAD, Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach through NASM, and Pilates and Water Aerobics Instructor. Hailey has had experience in speed and agility training for athletes. Her goal is to help individuals balance wellness in their personal lives to achieve their goals.
Torra graduated with a bachelor's in Exercise Physiology and is a certified personal trainer. She specializes in PCOS, prenatal, and postpartum clients. She is also a Kickboxing, HIIT, and weight training instructor. With any specific goal or challenge you want to accomplish whether it’s a marathon, fitness test, or PR on weight training she can guarantee you’ll see your results.
